Be Prepared

1.Make sure all exterior gaps are sealed, especially around windows. This will prevent water and moisture to get behind your siding or trim, and start to deteriorate the exterior surfaces.

2. make sure there is no unpainted wood surfaces as this can begin the rotting process.

3. Check all doors weather striping. and replace as necessary.

4 check your Ac / heater unit and make sure it has been properly maintained, you don't want to wake up to a broken unit.
